I thought the other thing was a Chili?

You can adjust these if needed. If you don't like, substitute the spice level you prefer.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb hot and spicy sausage
Half of 1 large hot onion, diced (set aside the other half)
Cook both in a skillet until done, remove and drain grease.

Return to a pot. On low heat, add the following, stirring in each ingredient before adding the next:

1 tablespoon of light brown sugar
1 and 1/2 packets of spicy chili seasoning
3 cans of dark red kidney beans, one entire can and two drained
1 jar of hot salsa, chunky style
The other half of the onion
Half a jar of pasta sauce of your choice; I personally prefer Chunky or garlic and herb Prego

Note: Depending on how dry or soupy you like your chili, add more if you want it soupier. Adjust dry ingredients to taste.

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

On low heat, let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve with cheese, hot dogs, etc. whatever you like with your chili.

I'm not too big on ground beef, but I should give this a go sometime. I've never had it in the form of chili though. Always looking for new recipes to try out :mikuhype:
It won't taste the same, but substitute the beef for chicken and sausage for turkey
