Today, I mainly just messed around a bit.
I made another green curry, this time trying it with some chicken breasts I had in the freezer.
I cut them into fairly small pieces and added them in with the frozen vegetables first. I also cooked the curry for about 10 minutes longer than I normally do, just to make sure the chicken was cooked all the way through. I was a little worried because I'd only used sausage meat for this curry previously, and had never cooked chcken breast before. Came out really well though, and I'm very proud of it!
And I made the time to build this little KuromiLEGO building block thing I bought on the weekend.
She came out pretty well, all things considered. There was at least one extra piece leftover, and I swear I followed the instructions to the.. well the instructions don't use words, so I couldn't follow them "to the letter" so to speak. Some of the instructions were also just completely wrong, but my own common sense compensated for that a bit
