My favourite bit about The Nightmare Before Christmas OST is that it's legit the entire movie but in audio format. All that AND the fact that it has a really cute ending narration that's only on the soundtrack

Not having a good day. Singing is tearing me apart and breaking me down.
I keep remembering her. I feel so insecure.
Sometimes it gets a bit exhausting to be able to see music. Even if I close my eyes, it's still there. Hell, it's even more vibrant when I close my eyes. But honestly, if I let myself relax and let the sounds envelope me, I don't mind how bright they look and taste. They're comforting all the same.
Without music, I'd be not a thing. Nothing at all.

Canada Post has FINALLY stopping being on strike!!! I was able to pick up the replacement plug for my IEMs at the post office. They've been stuck in postal limbo for literally and entire freaking MONTH

Anyway, today I have a music workshop to go to at night. I'm also going to listen to a bunch of albums (Before Today album, First PtV Album, Wake by Hail the Sun, Degeneraterra, and Maps of Non-Existent Places).
God this is so good. It's giving me major Damnation by Opeth vibes.
Come to find out Damnation was produced by the main guy from Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson. I have a good ear.
I spent a lot of money at the record store today. I found a ton of gems.
These Crica Survive CDs definitely would have been snatched up if I didn't grab them. They weren't there on Thursday.
