The package contained does NOT include the ROMs to Chromatic Tetris, you will have to find this on your own which shouldn't be difficult on the surface, so don't go asking for them. And second, these are patches to upgrade the Chromatic Tetris cartridge that you, the user, have purchased and dumped as a "personal backup".

Instructions:​

Supplied will be several (.IPS) files for you to apply on your own; you can use several different tools out there, such as Lunar IPS or ROM Patcher JS, we prefer that you use ROM Patcher JS because of its ease of use.

I also consider you check the MD5 hash of the ROM that you're patching prior to patching the ROM (the list of hashes can be found inside a file named "md5.txt"). If done improperly, you can otherwise potentially damage the ROM, so keep a separate copy just in-case.
