I felt like sharing some cool resources I've found through the years intended for absolute beginners and/or hobbyist devs.
Game Engines DB: made to assist developers to find the adjusted tool for their ideas.
Computer & Programming Basics: it works both as a right-to-the-point introduction to several CS concepts, as well as a glossary to those who don't exactly intend to start coding, but would like to express or situate themselves better into CS talks.
letslearntogether.neocities.org
Git Hub for non-programmers: is a version control roadmap for any projects that don't necessarily relate to programming.
github.com
Developing a Learning Framework: would assist folks into developing the adequate environment to learn something, which might be useful for hobbyist development incursions.

MIT/EdX introductory course on Game Design:
PS: just got to see this one has been archived, but iirc I've enrolled by the time so I still have access to the materials if anyone's interested... not hard to find a replacement on EdX either way

2D and 3D animation courses in Brazilian-Portuguese:
mundi.ifsul.edu.br

Cross-platform music production softwares that could assist some people into some stages of game development:

I hope someone will make some use of those and look forward to see recs from other members!
