yeah, that is a bit of a concern. all of the pics are stretched out. that should be fixed by scaling the new one down a bit.
it is very likely that RGT is using a different version of the website type that you are using. it could also be paid features being used as well.

There isn't much of a criteria besides having to look good when shrunk down to an extent, if there's something or a group of things you'd like to see as a emoticon or reaction, feel free to suggest. Looking at the emojis of discord servers is a good way to get ideas
