Expand blog entry titles from 41 to 151 characters

I would like there to be a way to add longer titles to my blog entries without sacrificing the context as to what the entry is about, and to be able to fit long sentences; for example, if I wanted to write "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" to fit the 41-character margin, it would only be restricted to "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy" without the 'dog' at the end. So, by having 151-characters, it'd complete the full title with no issues there.

I tried earlier in the admin control panel and I couldn't find anything.

But now, I looked at the Blog Plugin source code and found variables responsible for the character limit.

I just contacted the developer here to know if it's safe to reinstall the plugin without losing any entries.
