Given how cheap it is in Kuwait I’m definitely keeping an eye! I enjoyed slay the spire if that’s similar.

Finished the story mode for Furi, though I'll likely replay the fights because they're fun and I like trying to optimize my performance. The OST is fantastic as well! I'm not fond of the bullet-hell aspect of certain fights but that's likely because it's not a genre I engage with on the regular.

I still don't get why the Burst has a reputation for being brutal; she was one of the easier fights imo. On the contrary, the time-shifting old man was kicking my ass seven ways to Sunday


I really dig Furi's story as well. It subverts expectations throughout and gave me a sinking feeling of dread as I bulldozed my way through the bosses. While I like the golden ending, I still want to fire the Voice into the cold vacuum of space. Seriously, fuck that dude.

I beat Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney last week.
Phenomenal game with absolutely beautiful soundtrack (Maya's theme song is my favorite) and great writing.
Now, I'm planning to play Justice For All.

I finished it 14 years ago and was my first VN! Was in middle school back then. Really funny game! IMO JFA is a fantastic. I don’t get the hate.

Possibly because of the 3rd case that the series writer wrote while drunk and on a deadline (which was the reason he got drunk).
I'll be honest, I don't usually play VNs that much (except non-VN games with VN elements).
