In this thread post gaming achievements to measure your gamer dick cred
I will start with a recent one

This took me a while, fuck rage mode and instakill enemies.

This one here i will always be proud

Survival mode in Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +R is no joke, you have to do long ass runs that can be ended very quickly by a single mistake or RNG. Enemies get so unpredictable because of their sonic speed and massive damage and you have to be mindful of the power ups you will use

I collected all achievements in Spelunky 1, which included getting the special ending, getting all journal entries, beating the game under 8 minutes, beating it without collecting gold and collecting a certain amount (was it one million?) in one run. I'm far from achieving such thing in Spelunky 2 though. That fucking cosmic ocean

I beat Castlevania 64 18 times and I'm gonna do it again

I did 1cc run on TMNT: Shredder's Revenge on Gnarly without using taunts with April

I 100% Crash Bandicoot 1 without save states or guides (except the gem collecting order), my next goal is to do a any% without dying, my record so far was reaching Pinstripe

I'm the first documented person to beat Blip Blop without taking damage and I'm still practicing that game to this day

I have my local arcade’s high score in Tetris ‘88! And probably will until the machine gets reset, unless someone pisses themselves to win or brings a friend to hold the machine. I can also beat at least one loop of Taito’s Ice Cold Beer and I never hold the bar in DDR

Also thank u for reminding me to add my retroachievements page to my profile. I would have added “100%ed every Hamtaro game” to this list but I’m fucking stuck on hamster archery in Ham Ham Games still

I actually deeply regret every minute I ever spent playing that fucking game. It took me that long to realize that I actually despise it, and quitting playing it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I don't really have proof of any of my actual accomplishments, unfortunately. I used to do single weapon runs in Ninja Gaiden Black back in the day on Mentor (I'd always get stuck at Demon Alma on Master Ninja). I think I did every weapon other than the wooden sword/flawlessness, that would be kind of cheating. There was a hot minute where I was the 37th or something highest ranked Abel player on Xbox Live in SF4 when the boards got reset with Arcade Edition, lasted like a few days before I got pushed back down into the thousand or so spot.

I beat pre-DLC Cuphead on both regular and expert modes. I despise Cala Maria with the darkest depths of my soul but the good news is that she's so fucking obnoxious by default that her expert encounter is hardly any different from regular. Took less time to beat, too. On the other hand, Cagney Carnation sucks on expert; he just spams the same attack over and over again. It's not difficult, just tedious. Grim Matchstick and Dr. Kahl's Robot are awesome on any difficulty

I also platinum'd Balan Wonderworld for the memes. It's not worth it; please don't do this.

Good lord I can't even imagine having 7.5k hours in Dota 2. That game can be so draining.

O' wait I have not post any of dem creds.
Anyway, I'm quite gifted in stealth be it in-game or IRL, this is one of the achievements I'm most proud of, from Metro Exodus, the Forest Child, Taiga mission is one of the toughest mission to stealth in the game, I finished it in a single try in Ranger Hardcore difficulty, blind play without guide, without save scumming, the timestamp from Gor'ko achievement which is earned by finishing the previous mission shows that I done it in about 90 minutes, that's pretty damn fast considering it takes roughly an hour if you go guns blazing.

Platinum trophies include Dark Souls 2, 3, Elden Ring, Nioh 1+2, Final Fantasy VIII, X, Resident Evil 1 Remake, DOOM+DOOM II, DOOM Eternal, Death Stranding and a few other heavy hitters.

I only built my PC at the start of 2024, so my Steam achievements are still pretty limited, but I did get all achievements on Red Dead Redemption 2.
I also starting using Retro Achievements with hardcore mode enabled around the same time and so far have 8 masteries

i was slacking off all the achievement of the dlc cause i was soo burn out with ROR2 dlc on launch period, but now that it is fixed i think i am really a fan of the new content, false son boss fight is at least leagues better than voidling :3 and the new survivors are soo fun to play <3
