It's a fan-remade version of Super Double Dragon in the OpenBOR engine, which not only completes and fleshes out the infamously unfinished original game, but adds new playable characters, a massively expanded move-list with stance-switching and meter systems (each character has nearly 100 different moves and 2 or 3 "grooves" to freely switch between), loads of new and custom sprites, and massive juggle and combo potential. It's unironically one of the best Beat Em Ups ever made, and it's totally free.

gamejolt used to be so great to find lil gems like indies, jam prototypes and fangames, last year I went back to an old account of mine and couldn't believe what they made from their own platform...

A streamer I followed a long while ago used to(?) do Gamejolt safaris, where he downloaded a bunch of games just to play them. I haven't seen them since 2019, though maybe I just missed them. Sometimes you had debatable quality games, sometimes you had weird games like Nekomew, and sometimes you stumble across Fear and Hunger.

I'll second Hyper DBZ. It's one of the best fan-made/indie fighting games ever made despite being totally free, and arguably the single greatest thing ever made using MUGEN. Absolutely check it out if you're a fan of either DBZ or the classic Capcom fighter aesthetic.
