TGA 2025; But Only the Good Stuff.

Waaaaaaooohhhh another year of celebrity bigwigs treating one another to some good ol’ five knuckle shuffles while vaguely pretending to care about gaming or something, ain’t it swell? I'll admit that "classic" classic Mega Man never quite clicked with me, I'm more into 7 and specially 8 than the other classic titles.

At least with Ace Attorney (which will be announced next)
We have a indication but no tangible confirmation of this, right? I sure do hope they release a new game, but who knows if it's going to be yet another remake or port.

This is the quote I found addressing btw, that was about 2 days before the game awards:
Capcom owns a wealth of globally popular brands, such as Mega Man, Devil May Cry, and Ace Attorney. We aim to expand our user base and improve our performance through new releases, remakes, and ports of titles in these series to new hardware.

TGA showed an odd but good assortment of stuff overall. I guess Tomb Raiders is pretty much the only thing I'm looking forward to outside of the samurai action games.
But going back to the Capcom stuff, like we we're just talking about how little faith we have in them treating their IPs correctly. RE9 looks fire for sure, but Megaman didn't. Devil May Cry S2 was confirmed, but we'll probably get a S3 before we get a new DMC game. The Evanescence performance was actually kinda good, and now I just want them to do the soundtrack for a DMC game haha.

With how SEGA have been acting with Yakuza/Like a Dragon lately, we could do with some healthy competition. Hope that Gang of Dragon is good, does well and doesn't borrow any of SEGA's DLC practices.
