So, I've been getting back into reading manga lately. Maybe the weirdest one I've read in a little while? was the one in the thread's title.
Basically, a real scumbag princess character is stuck in a time loop of being executed/killed. No matter how hard she tries, she is killed and time resets to before she died. What is the solution? finding and seducing all the women who want her dead... for some reason:sailor-embarrassed:

It's honestly not that bad a read. It's got some good humor, and some nice moments of a POS main protagonist bettering themselves and helping others, even if that's usually for selfish reasons. Despite the title and premise, it's also not terribly explicit. There are some panels with boob now and again, but a lot of the "lewder" stuff is implied or happens off panel. That last part might be a dealbreaker for some:lol:

It may sounds kinda absurd, but it, in fact, tells an universal truth.

The solution to all your problems is yuri, never stop kissing girls!
Honestly, I tend to read two kinds of manga: Slice of life comedy & romance, and most of the romance ones I read are yuri:mikublush:

Lesbased and yuripilled, if you started recently, then you still have a lot to read in both! But if you are open to new forms of media, I recommend novels too! Specially newest ones like I'm in love with the villainess! By experience, the audiobook of IILWTV is good material for the gym :sailor-embarrassed: (?

Oh, also, I noticed we're almost in the same boat! But I watch/read more Mahou Shoujo than SoL, tho, I think they can be counted as SoL in a way (Is funny how the acronym is sun in spanish), the good thing about Mahou Shoujo is that they're pretty gay ngl, 10/10, every team has at least 2 relationship or is a polycule until proven otherwise (????

I've been reading yuri off and on for a little while now. The first yuri anime I remember watching were Strawberry Panic, and the 2nd season of Steel Angel Kurumi. I wanna say somewhere around 2008 was when I watched those? Other than that, I was a big Milk Morinaga fan for yuri romance manga: Gakuen Polizi, Kisses, Sighs and Cheery Blossom Pink & Girl Friends.

That does seem to come with the territory of having a mostly, or entirely, girl-focused cast like most magical girl shows do:lol: I can take it when it's just yuri subtext and nothing comes from it, but it does grind my gears a little when a show sets up a yuri couple and nothing comes from it :sailor-embarrassed:

oh, you started pretty soon! Steel Angel Kurumi always called my attention, but I wasn't able to convince my ex to watch most classic yuris... I may peek a bit to see how good it is! thx for some of the names, I'll add them to my list! :terriermon-happiest:

Mmmh... At first, I kinda hated yuribait, I actually didn't wanted to watch Lycoris Recoil because of it, but, lately, I'm starting to feel inspired enough to want to start writing fics about yuribait series, and how I would like to implement them... I... Dunno if I'll end up posting them, I mostly write to get rid of some frustration or to indirectly talk with myself about my problems, but sometimes, I would love to see people reacting and talking about my writing... I'm in such a dilemma about it... :moxieunf2:

No worries! That Villainess one has been on my list for a while as well, I just haven't gotten around to it:sailor-embarrassed:

I suppose it depends on exactly how invested I get as to whether I get annoyed at yuribait. In a lot of non-yuri focused anime, it feels like it's just done for shock value or something.

I've never written fanfiction, or shipping fiction. I used to not be into shipping culture, but then I played Fire Emblem Awakening:lol:

Well, you do what you feel most comfortable with. I'm sure you'd get a positive reception on here! I think I can understand to a degree. I've written some stuff for the Retro Game Talk forum, and the entire time: from writing, to posting, to seeing reactions. Every time it has me so nervous :nervous:

I promise that, with enough patience, you'll enjoy it! The construction is slow, but pretty good!

I normally only get angry now when it doesn't looks like yuribait, like Stardust Telepathy, I truly believed they would kiss at the end! :moxiescream:

I'm not exactly into the shipping culture, I'm mostly afraid of most communities, so most of my text, have myself as the target audience, which kinda gives me a lot of freedom to construct every relationship awfully slowly. I like when things congregate at ep 40 or somewhere near

Huh... I... I didn't considered it, I should write it in english... I mean, you can see, I can write in english easily, but my writing style is mostly worked in spanish.... Now that's an extra, I hope I can adapt the grace of my spanish writing into english, because I use a lot of non-well-known spanish rule to write a lot of things... Same when I translate things into spanish :moxieunf2:

But if I ever do it, I may post a link to my... Wattpad? Don't know where I should post them neither... :sailor-embarrassed:

Sick
This reminded me of an acquaintance who recently brought into my attention that yuri otome isekais are a thing
He recommended me all routes lead to doom. Sounds good.

Yeah, I don't know. Good luck with figuring out what you want to do. If you wanna share, that's cool. If you decide you don't, then that's cool too! The important thing is that you enjoy what you write:peace:

Yeah, I really need to get around to that myself:sailor-embarrassed:

I started it recently myself. It’s pretty sick. A little sluggish at the start but very cute when it gets going.
Nice! That has been my experience with a few different yuri manga. They can be a bit slow-burn. But I guess that's not exclusive to the yuri genre:lol:

I should’ve actually specified the yuri comes later and that this story is a tad more character driven rather than romance driven.
There’s a YURI PATCH spin-off manga too which seems cool n
