I always wondered MasterEn do you draw trad then scan or is this all in digital?

i do both. if the colors look solid and bright, then it's digital, if you see lines in the drawings, then i just uploaded my pencil and/or ink drawing.

this will be a long post. but the good news is that i'll be including a bonus pic; my upload with 60 favorites from various other users on deviantart. i'll include some thoughts and notes on some of the drawings through out this post.

the first pic: A warm, tsundere flavored snack

A quick little fun picture i made while waiting to hear back on a couple of requests.

this is based off of some early info i read about on a wiki not too long after 21 was first introduced. it wasn't known at the time that she would turn people into candy, or if it was, that wasn't translated into english at the time. the wiki just said that she would go around, feeding on her opponents.

So, this is immediately what popped up in my head.

i'm thinking about making a little set of drawings of the dbz babes being turned into vampires, similar to this picture. leave a favorite or comment if you would like some more pictures like this.

i had a sketch of 21 by herself, but it needs some more work before its ready.

sorry for taking a while to get back to this. i've now got some follow up drawings to the vampire 21 drawing.

this one took three tries and looks significantly different that the initial idea, but i think this one is quite better than what i had beforehand.

anyways, thanks for being patient while i got back to this.

i had the idea of making a few drawings bridging this drawing and the other one together; some one page and comic panels of these two hanging out, bonding, having a few romantic, sensual moments together, leading up to 18 being turned into a vampire.

it took three tries to get this done, and it does not resemble the original idea, but i'll just work that into the little inbetween comic/one page sets.
18 was supposed to face the viewer with her shirt open, and 21 behind her. they still had blood by their mouths, implying that 18 was sired with a blood kiss more or less. she was also supposed to have faint bite marks on her neck and breasts, showing that she had been dined on several times. i also thought of having a few small bloodstains on her shirt, implying that 21 bit her while enjoying some close up views of 18's natural feminine beauty.

like with the 18x21 drawing, i've had some ideas for these two interacting with each other; mainly some vampiric seduction and some partial romance between the two.

V decided to do some field research and wanted to know just how delicious science could truly be. and Bulma seemed like an excellent research partner.

[i get the feeling that this pairing is the one most everyone would want to see. mainly because of bulma's fashionable scarf. :) ]

thanks again for checking out my drawings. i had quite a bit of fun making these, relaxing and making some fan art like i did long ago when i first started uploading drawing here on the site.

i have some plans for more characters to pop up later, with about 3 more turning into vampires.

thanks. these two have been best friends since they were born. well, technically before that since their moms are best friends. they spend most of their time together. in fact, pepper's parents had to get honey to come over when they were younger in order to get pepper outside to play like a normal kid instead of staying in her room gaming all the time.
i'd say draw whenever the opportunity presents itself; even if it's just a small quick drawing, any amount of time will build up your skills, and then. before you know it, you can draw complex stuff in just a few minutes.

i found some of my old sketches for a story that i was working on to practice my storytelling skills, and i redrew a couple of the characters and made a sketch of a character i hadn't drawn yet for it. these characters come from the story that i mentioned on @Scotty 's profile.
the characters are based off of pokemon. i think it was a combo of jontron's video on pokemon hacks and seeing fan art on deviantart of humanized pokemon that helped spark this idea.
i'll be working on typing up a bit of the story involving these characters and a couple of more designs to go along with it at a later point in time. in the meantime, i'll leave this post here with the protag, her bff and the new character introduce at this point.

this pic might look off, but that's because i couldn't find my yellow color pencils and i used a marker. i did find my colored pencils, after i finished coloring in this drawing. :|

i got the story bit typed up. it's just a first draft, so it's got spelling errors and stuff in it. i was typing it up on notepad, but i needed italics for a few spots in it, so i ported it over to a free microsoft word like program that i have. i made two saves of it, a pdf and a rtf file, so hopefully it can be viewed on most people's computer. the rtf file is in a zip since the site doesn't let you upload that file type.
the story ends abruptly, but that's as far as i got for the moment.

I always find these pencil/crayon sketches are so charming whenever I see them, don't know why, but I like'em

it's probably because the drawings are more raw in nature and not overly polished like a digital drawing can be. sometimes seeing the behind the scenes work can add more of an impact to something.
