Should we allow roving discussions outside of NSFW?

I love speaking about roving freely, but I don't know if it would make some here uncomfortable. Not to mention its controversy.

Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masterbating. Well the thing is. Roving already made too many people engaged in it and it basically is something that is destined to become something akin to international culture. No matter if controversies come, we have to be open-minded and understand that it is here to stay. Besides, i think the act of roving as an inclusive act in itself, despite the more dangerous possibilities and weirdos like @Ranmyaku Ichi taking it too far(that guy is clearly too addicted but won't admit)
