Posting NSFW outside of it still works the same, just use the NSFW BBCode tag. Posting NSFW in the NSFW board whoever does not require the tag. It is meant for NSFW-focused content.

Its contents doesn't pop up on "featured", "latest posts" or "latest threads". It does appear in search queries with no filters, but just the text with no images. So you shouldn't stumble upon horny imagery unless actively looking for it.

Let me know if this works well or if you'd prefer if only users with a specific role to be able to see it.
